Talking bikes at the Flying Pigeon booth at Caltrans Rideshare Fair 2008
Flying Pigeon LA went out to the Caltrans District 7 Headquarters in downtown L.A. on Thursday, October 2, 2008 for their annual Rideshare Fair.
We brought two of our bikes and a shop’s worth of tools (free bike repairs!).
Our bikes got a lot of attention from all the emigres who have found work with Caltrans or the LADOT (the LADOT is housed in the Caltrans building). The quote of the day was, "I used to ride this bicycle to school when I was 12!" (which we heard over a dozen times).
