Wow, Great coverage of the Flying Pigeon and Bike Oven shops today

For those of you loyal Angeleno’s who continue to take the LA Times at home, this morning presented you with a cheery story about Josef and Adam’s foray into the world of the small business.

Nathan Olivarez-Giles from the Times first came by the shop to talk with us about being located so close to a business that seems to be doing the same thing but offering it for ‘free’ tothe customers.  Josef spent a good amount of time explaining his ethos that more riders means more business for everyone and that the truth of the matter is that he is one of the people that started the Bike Oven in his garage a few years ago.

Here is the link to his story

If this is your first visit to our site and we are new to you we’d love to have you stop by and let us know how we can help you with your bicycle, or if you don’t have one yet, how we can help get you rolling!

And if you are looking for a group ride, check our calendar for our great upcoming rides including the sure to be interesting Gamble House/Greene&Greene evening ride on OCtober 17th.

Happy riding!

Adam and Josef

I’m so glad I found you guys in the LA Times yesterday! The classic men’s bike in that price and condition is an offer anyone can’t refuse!
