Join Flying Pigeon Los Angeles for our monthly Get Sum Dim Sum ride this coming Sunday, December 20th as we ride in search of great dim sum and good foods. This month we are traveling to a neighborhood we felt was way out of reach for our relaxed pace ride and heading to Monterey Park to visit NBC seafood on Atlantic just south of Garvey. After an amazing brunch, we’ll coast down a few blocks to check out a delightful and new French bakery before riding into East LA for a train ride back to the Flying Pigeon shop on the newly extended Gold Line.
The ride will be about 10 total miles of mostly downhill riding and a single speed bicycle will be sufficient.
Meet the Flying Pigeon LA crew in front of the shop at 3404 N. Figueroa St., Los Angeles, CA 90065 at 10 a.m. on the 3rd Sunday of each month for a fun, slow-paced, group ride to a dim sum restaurant in the L.A. area. Meet at the shop at 10 a.m., we leave at 10:30 a.m. Bring about $20 per person to pay for the food and (possible) train fare. *Dim sum is heavy on meat-only dishes.
*We ride slooowwwly – it is easier to socialize that way!
