Just a quick note, we’ve got a selection of wool knickers, hemp shorts, over-the-knee socks, and ninja hoodies from Bicycle Fixation in stock. You can see some Bicycle Fixation gear in this Flickr photoset from the Momentum Magazine bicycle fashion show held recently.

We also hooked up with J. Knice Clothing Co. and have a selection of Veloceped and Side Bike hand screened shirts in a range of sizes and colors in stock.

These small local companies, both of which do their design and manufacturing within the City’s fine borders, focus on cycling exclusively – without straying into the sporty/recreational arena with spandex and crazy petroleum byproduct materials. What polyester there is (in some of Bicycle Fixation’s shorts) is from recycled water bottles. Deliciously designed for bike riding, guaranteed not to off-gas, and made for the compost heap once you’ve completely destroyed them riding around town all year long in ’em!
