We just picked up three demonstration bikes from Belgian bike house Achielle:one 56cm step-through 3-speed “Dutch”; one 57cm 3-speed “Retro”; and a glossy black Amsterdam special single-speed.
If the step-through “Dutch” bike looks familiar, it’s because Achielle bikes are the frame makers of the Jorg & Olif line of Dutch bikes!
One nice touch with these bikes is color schemes and the fine Brooks saddles they come equipped with. You can catch a few more photos of these bikes online in a Flickr photo set entitled “Bikes Available at Flying Pigeon LA Bike Shop“

So, y’all want to open a branch in Atlanta? Maybe right downtown?
Step-Through,
Aw man, that is a great idea but I don’t think we could swing it right now. You ought to write up a business plan, find a good retail location in a hip part of town with okay streets for bike riding (and transit access) and start up a shop of your own!
I’ll help you with the contact info for the importers who supply the trickle of the world’s finest city bikes as best I can.
Keep up the good work!
