Cannondale Track Frames Make Me Melt

I saw this one locked up in Downtown LA.

Locked up Outside the Over & Over

Everyone who rides one raves about it. Drilled for brakes, but I’ve never seen anybody put one on. The downtube is big and the seat stays are tiny, not to mention those tell-tale dropouts. 700x28c tires won’t fit. Hand made in America (happy belated 4th).
