Schodorf’s Luncheonette featuring Flying Pigeon Racer

Flying Pigeon Racer hanging at Schodorf's Luncheonette

Our friends Matt and Anja just opened a very good sandwich and soup shop on York Blvd. in Highland Park. They call the place Schodorf’s Luncheonette. It is located at 5051 York Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90042, right by the CitiBank. Parking in the back for your car, and free bike parking out front (of course!) with convenient access to the new bike lanes on York Blvd.

Matt hit us up a few years ago about hanging a Flying Pigeon in his cafe, the Cafe de Leche on York and Avenue 50. You can stop in an check out an orange PB-13 hanging towards the back of the cafe. He said it was natural to think of us again when he wanted open his newest venture.

The Flying Pigeon Racer is a light weight cousin to the PA-02. We sell them stock with a coaster brake for $480. Most people opt for upgrades, like three speeds, a Brooks saddle, a dynamo headlamp, and other goodies which typically push the price about the $700 mark.

Schodorf’s Luncheonette is open 7 days a week from 11am to 3pm and is well worth a trip!
